“Property was near beach as advertised but bnb was unkept and needed more attention to cleanliness. Towels were dingy and tables and furniture sticky. Also the bathrooms emitted an order of deep neglect. However the communication with the bnb staff Ms Mona was exceptional. ”

“Location is unbeatable! Pleanty of room to spread out and relax. Beds are comfortable Make sure ti bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They don’t provide that. ”

“My husband and I had a very nice stay at your house while exploring Pensacola. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the rooms down fast. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for guests,thank you. One recommendation is maybe a handrail and an additional step for the back entry as it’s very hard for elderly people like us to get up and down. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.”

“This property is close to multiple restaurants and bars. It's a second story loft with a balcony that overlooks a main street. The night life runs till late at night. This property has amazing space, lots of room (and beds) for a large family gathering.”

“The room is very centrally located. 15 minute walk to downtown 15 minute drive to the airport. Plenty of restaurants around, grocery store.”

“Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay. ”

“The landlord’s brother, extremely knowledgable in Pensacola’s history, took me on a free tour of the city, drove me to a local fish market for the best seafood-buying experience then to the Ever’man Cooperative Grocery store (A health-food heaven), few blocks away. He dropped me off at the Airport. I was treated like royalty during my two nights stay! Can’t wait to go back to a home away from home. ”
