“The beach house was impeccably clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It is conveniently located across the street, just steps away from the beach.The location made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime, and the private pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and cookware. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for guests,thank you. One recommendation is maybe a handrail and an additional step for the back entry as it’s very hard for elderly people like us to get up and down. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.”

He dropped me off at the Airport. I was treated like royalty during my two nights stay! Can’t wait to go back to a home away from home. ”

“Lovely condo! Perfect size for our family of 10. 2 children ages 4 & 6, an infant and 7 adults (2 elderly)! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. I loved that it had stairs and a ramp for wheelchair accessibility or elderly to walk down to the pools and boardwalk. The boardwalk to the beach had a ramp and stairs leading down to the sand as well! Security patrols 24/7, so that made me feel comfortable walking down to the beach late at night or the early morning hours! Check in was easy, and……

“Love the location , we always try to stay at the Royal Palms , so close to the pier . Love the view from balcony. The water was perfect and clear this trip . The pool, hot tub and grill area was nice to use and well maintained. My husband loves the outside swing . I have attached some photos from our balcony and some pics of the pretty water , we was there Labor Day weekend 2025. ”
