「Wonderful location, we loved being Flora/Bama line. The A/C ended up freezing up on us and we did not realize it until after hours. The maintenance guy offered to come out at 11 pm to help us out but we opted to wait until morning and he was there first thing. There was a small issue with one corner of the pool becoming dirty but again the maintenance guys were checking it everyday multiple times a day. The condo was perfect for us, we loved being able to see the pool and the ocean. Only bummer...
