“The property was clean and everything was super easy with the check in/checkout process. Very close to the beach and good restaurants. ”

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to……

“I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind……

“Very clean home and beautifully decorated. Short walk to the beach. Area was very quiet and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Only thing that I would change is having a safety lock on top of the door so kids can’t just open the door. ”

“The only comment I have is that I wish the pool was heated, because during spring break it was very cold. No one would as in the pool.”
