"The location is lovely, I stayed there primarily because I was driving across country with my pet and the hotel has a little pet friendly beach. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel was very tired, peeling paint everywhere, inside and out. Brown tinged water from the faucets and paper thin walls. A budget price for a budget hotel."

"I have stayed at Tristan Towers multiple times. The place is centrally located and is very nice. The views of beach and bay are wonderful no matter the unit. This particular unit was nice, but needs a deep cleaning. Everything just seemed a little clean and others things not clean. The sofa is filthy. There are pillows on the sofa to cover the dirt, but pillows are just as dirty. If you are staying any length of time, you unpack your belongings. I didn’t stay long enough for that, but I would have never placed anything in the drawers as they all need a serious cleaning. When I spend this kind of for a nice vacation, and pay a ridiculous cleaning fee, I want my stay to be clean and comfortable and it was not. The A/C is controlled via a schedule. If you are too cold or hot, it cannot be adjusted to your liking. I was cold during the day and had to wear a jacket most of the time. At night I was too warm. I want to be able to adjust the A/C to my liking. First time I encountered a stay where I couldn’t adjust A/C. I did not bring my concerns to managements attention. When I checked in I found my initial management contact rather unfriendly, so I chose not to say anything. In general, Tristan Towers is the place to stay. I just found this stay uncomfortable because of its lack of cleanliness and temp issues. Otherwise the unit has fabulous views. "

"Best place to stay with small children or any children! You have the bay access on one side of you and the beach on the other! Plus, you have the pool too! Nice, quiet area! This will be my go to place FOREVER! Take a drive to Fort Pickens which is on the end of the road! Nice views of the ocean at close range!!"

"First of all, Laura's condo was immaculate/clean!! Laura communicated right out of the gate all the way through to us arriving back home. It is such a cozy spot to relax and close to everything in Pensacola Beach. The pool was crystal clear, warm with plenty of chairs in and out of the water. Laura has a SUP board available for paddling on the bay as well as a bicycle. It is so convenient to walk from the condo to the pool, to the bay and across the street to the Gulf. Laura has beach towels and plenty of bathroom towels. Kitchen is stocked, you just need to bring beer and groceries. There are plenty of assorted card games to have a family gaming night. The portable washer and dryer were perfect in keeping clothes and towels clean and dry. (very quick dryer) Our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's is right down the street. *make a reservation way ahead of time)" This condo is close to Ft Pickens at the end of the strip. Perfect p[lace to tour for a couple of hours on an overcast or rainy morning. There is a tennis court but also has drawn lines for pickleball. This is one of the last complexes at the end of Santa Rosa Island and is not crowded at all. This was the perfect place for our family of 5. I suppose you could add a 6th as they could sleep on the couch. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 4 day vacation.... and Laura is the BEST"

"Beautiful view of the beach from the room. Pool, beach, and bay access from the condo is a huge perk! The condo could use a good amount of updating. Carpet is pretty dingy, and lots of scuffs all over all the walls/doors. We also noticed that the 2 smoke alarms in the loft area are not in workable condition, which was concerning. This condo is so cute with a lot going for it. It just needs some updating to make it a true gem! "
