SUPER CLEAN Rustic family cottage located right on Little Bay de noc (great sunsets). GREAT for fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, etc. 100 feet of frontage. 64 feet of dock out into the bay. Sandy beach area. Outdoor firepit. Two bedroom, 1.5 baths, kitchen, two refrigerators, outside grill, picnic table, Sleeps 8 comfortably plus a kids loft with room for additional 3-4 kids. Sleeps 12-14 in total. Two story building that overlooks the bay. Patio off the living area to sit, lounge and enjoy the sunset. Outside parking. NO SMOKING.

Beautiful location!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful pine wood and decor throughout and so clean. The most spectacular sunsets! Property owner Kirk was so friendly and helpful. We want to stay again!!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great stay at this lake house. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and even checked on us throughout the week. The home was clean, the included kayaks and little beach were a great bonus, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals- we cooked all meals in/packed picnics for lunches. It’s on such a pretty part of the lake, and the sunsets were amazing! There were many things to do near the house, and we took day trips to Mackinac Island and Munising, as well. I unfortunately had to work remotely while there, and the internet service was great. We would definitely return if we vacation in the UP again!

Good family getaway

We weren’t sure what kind of vacation property would work for a family of toddlers/parents/grandparents. This spot worked well! Lots of outside & inside toys for the toddlers, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors for the adults. The upstairs cabin was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful bay view from the deck. The stairs to the living quarters and down to the bay for swimming were a challenge for the grandparents! But otherwise a unique, fun family getaway.

A wonderful property manager!

My husband and I were very excited to stay a week at the property. Unfortunately, due to a severe medical issue with my father in law, we weren’t able to make it. Kirk has been wonderful about everything! He has been very accommodating about the situation. We weren’t able to cancel our trip in time for a refund, but due to our circumstances he offered us a partial. He is very kind and I recommend renting a house from him!
