Dock var incheckningsprocessen väldigt omständlig, och jag hittade ingen info om att incheckningen skedde vid receptionen till Best Western hotellet som låg in bra bit ifrån. Onlineincheckningen gav oss ett helt annat rumsnummer än det vi fick när vi hämtade nycklarna i receptionen. Vårt rum låg på andra våningen vid golfklubben. Det fanns ingen hiss. 「Es ist eine sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind hell mit großen Fenstern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir waren zwischen den Jahren da, es hat geschneit und wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir die schöne große Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Die Gastgeber sind entspannt und total freundlich. In Winsen-Innenstadt gibt es genügend Geschäfte, Bäcker etc. alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.」
