"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"wonderful room. They told me it was a chain of hotels. I will try some of the others too! "

"I booked this room specifically for the A.C in the room. It worked fine the first night but broke the second and I had to open the window. It’s near a major road ao it was very noisy. Other than that, it’s very clean, and the staff is very friendly."

"If you are only spending the night, it should be enough, but the hotel needs a lot of maintaining and has very little amenities. Would not stay there again."

"Excellent hotel and staff!"

"Lovely hotel in a great spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful building and fun with themed rooms based on different cities in Europe. "

"The best place to be in. However no parking. Still not bad. Best service and very welcome customer service and friendly nice staff. I will be coming more often to this place. Internet not very good but still okay. "

"The food is absolutely delicious!"

"Great hotel in a fantastic location for exploring castre "

"Quite and open space, close to many shores restaurants. A good place to stay. "

"Hope they get AC but we had a fan and great help from manager. Not his fault that there is a terrible heat wave."

"Staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport and very nice to deal with. Stunning hotel and spotlessly clean. Great location …thank you kind staff "

"Remarkable overnight find. Friendly, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Only problem was I couldn't get the air to work despite a french instruction label which made sleeping a little difficle"

"This is a very nice pleasant stay in the small town of Dourgne. The food is excellent, and everything was very good. "

"Lovely hotel with clean rooms and very helpful staff"

"The rooms are extremely comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and very accommodating. They provide dinner on request and the food was superb. Breakfast also excellent. We also took advantage of the opportunity to have a massage. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended."

"Room was quite small but very well equiped, everything worked and there was a bottle of chilled water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. Pool looked nice (didn't use it but several people did), not much in the way of a garden, small but well stocked bar. Restauarant was superb, really enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was very good, plenty of selection and good coffee from the machine. Hotel was very easy to find."

"Another year in a row we have booked this hotel, as last stop for our summer holiday. It is always a pleasure staying here: clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, a pool and a restaurant with lots of lovely things on the menu. Recommended by family of 4."

"Excellent breakfast with exceptionnel host who made our stay memerorable"
