「Esta bueno solo q no te limpian la habitacion」

「The hotel has an incredible view of the ocean. The shower handle is very old and very difficult to control the water temperature. There is no place to put the soap while in the shower. They do no provide shampoo or conditioner. There is no refrigerator in the room. No bottle water provided. Breakfast was horrible. They served my eggs in a styrofoam cup. I could not drink the coffee.」

「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」

「La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.」

「This place had terrible surroundings. Trash everywhere. The lock was half falling apart. Bathroom light did not work. Sent a handy man. Hose in the half filled pool. Junk inoperable car in front of place. It was really bad and we asked for a refund. 」

「We did not stay at the property. The door lock was damaged and could be opened easily. The bed was dirty, with stains on the sheets and pillows. The pool did not exist—it had no water and was extremely dirty. You should verify the properties listed on your platform, as situations like this damage your reputation.」

「It was wonderful, such amazing place to rest. Hacienda Juanita is for relaxing. If you need a pause in your life, this is the place. Just love it. Very, very clean, indoors and outdoors.」
