米里滨海海滩附近酒店

“自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景 這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟 後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～ 對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿 車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李 整個飯店的服務水準真的太差”

“酒店的装修很特别。只是大厅的洗手间在电梯旁，每次出入大厅的电梯都会嗅到洗手间的味道。”

“Not the first time, i think this was my 4th time staying at this hotel. I like the hotel because its a new hotel, everything is still new and the breakfast buffet is good also. The parking is a different experience but the downside is that the parking is not free even for in house guest”

“The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water.”

“The hotel is a fantastic location for Miri Airport, the Swimming Pool and Gym were great and such good value for money.”

“Nice gym, good size and location. However the hotel has some unpleasant smell (feel like mouldy), other than that every else is good.”

“Bersih but bagi customer bawa sendiri sabun syampoo and toiletries. Tidak dibekalkan. Hati-hati ketika masuk or keluar lift kerana lift mudah Tertutup dengan cepat dan kena alert dgn button. Toilet lampu malap bagi bilik 302. Overall the better place, grow the business in future. See you again when I see you. Thanks for place and service. ”

“A very pleasant boutique hotel close to restaurants. ”

“First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

“Good.. The only things that bother me is the smell of the room without window.. ”

“Very clean small rooms in the very centre of the entertainment and restaraunt district of Miri. Staff are accommodating and have a large left luggage area so you can lighten your pack for Mulu or the Bario Highlands.”
