The waterfront view was the highlight, waking up and relaxing by Lake Erie was incredibly peaceful. “the "accessible" room did not have a wheelchair accessible shower. There was a step to access the shower, and it wasn`t possible to reach the shower controls from the bench. I needed to switch to a regular room with a tub. Staff were helpful in resolving the issue, but "accessible" rooms should be verified that they actually are accessible.”
