“We had a lakeside room and it was pretty good ONLy issue was that their complementary boat and kayaks were not available. It was raining in the morning but the afternoon was cleared. That said they didn’t operate the boats”

“When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!! If you are going to stay here this summer, I would NIOT!”

“We enjoyed our stay . Room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent , restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing as it was limited choices of prepackaged food . Decaf coffee was just an instant coffee packet to mix with hot water . We would stay again but know that we need to go out for breakfast !”

“There is not Microwave or kettle in the room . We have a habit of having hot water and we did not have option to heat water”
