“This property was excellent especially for us a family of 4 with teenage kids. The space was great and the location was easy enough to get to. The amenities were excellent, from a fully outfitted kitchen to great beach resources such as chairs, cooler & snorkel equipment. ”

“Great location with a beautiful view overlooking the marina from 2 balconies. Place shows some wear around the edges, but has all the necessary amenities for a great and comfortable stay. And location close to Red Hook is a bonus; easy to catch the ferry to St John, access groceries (Moes Fresh Market), and some good restaurants. Be early to Dufffy’s Love Shack for Lobster Night (Wednesday)! Sapphire Beach is nice, as are the beach bar and Paradise Pie. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!!”

“The views from the deck are stunning, a perfect place to hang out next to the pool and the patio at the rear of the property. Everything was very comfortable and the owner suggested a local boat rental place that was very helpful. A little bit of an issue with water pressure and temp but Leo helped get the temp back up. Only other issue was locking ourselves out of our bedroom one night. It took multiple tries to get the right pressure on the door etc. in order to get back in. ”

“Great beachfront views and close to Red Hook and the Ferry. It was nice having breakfast and restaurants on the property. I would recommend a rental car to get around as the roads are narrow and not really conducive for walking back and forth to Red Hook. ”

“Everything was excellent. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was extremely helpful. Note: Just a FYI, you must climb 2 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the apt. We are in our 70’s and that was difficult with large luggage. We also had to walk about 2 to 3 blocks with luggage up a slight hill to get to the property.”
