“The property was in a great location, easy to get to town, grocery and around the island. Complex was quiet and clean. Beach area was nice and kept clean.”

There were a few stairs up then back down to get into the property ( I had my elderly dad with me., other than that it was perfect. The property had everything we needed ie. Linen, dishes, washer dryer ect.”

“The condo was exactly as described. It was important to us to be right on the beach, and this certainly is. The communication with the owner before the trip was excellent, and an extremely helpful document was sent beforehand that provided great recommendations for snorkel tours, restaurants, etc. The on-site manager was immediately responsive when we had a question. The beach is peaceful with few people on it. We enjoyed being able to hear the sound of the waves constantly. The condo had……

“Had a wonderful stay. The only negative was the fact that the pool was closed. For me this was no issue as I came to be in the ocean, however my husband was very disappointed as he’s more of a lay by the pool guy. Condo was clean and well stocked ( however if you cook like me; you’re going to maybe want to bring your own chef knife). Overall wonderful stay. Would recommend ”

“Leslie is awesome! The condo was recently renovated, and was nice and clean! The view is amazing!!!! Easy accessible drive to Christiansted and local restaurants and attractions. Condo has lots of beach toys for all ages. Enjoyed the week of warm weather, sunshine and relaxation.”

“Clean and nice view from 3rd floor condo. Sugar beach was pretty secluded and residents were always friendly and helpful. Location was good and only a short drive to Christiansted. Property owner was quick to respond and address issues. Condo is listed as two bedrooms but most of our trip we couldn’t use the loft. The roof was leaking overtop one of the twin beds so that had to be addressed on night one. It was too hot up there to sleep without AC or fan going constantly. Power cut off multiple……

“Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last.”

“Pros: The listing was very accurate. The view is amazing. The house is very clean and well stocked this things you need. The snorkeling off the back of the house is amazing with sting ray, sea turtles, octopus, sea urchins, and much more. The photo of the front of the house does not do it justice. It is a very cute home. It was a very enjoyable home. Cons: only cons were just personal preferences. The property really doesn’t have negatives. The upstairs has very few lights…. So it’s very dim in……

“The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay.”
