The hillside townhouse is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood about 6 minutes from the Guadalmansa Beach. To the delight of golfers, the luxurious holiday townhouse is within 200 meters of the Resin Golf & Country Club. Walking distance to the clubhouse and to the new Paddle club with many courts and a fitness centre. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket within walking distance. With a coastline of 21 kilometres, there are plenty of well-kept beaches with chiringuitos and a promenade to enjoy the scenic views with freshly prepared seafood. Once a fishing village, Estepona is a well-developed tourist destination that has preserved its Andalusian roots and is almost a hidden gem compared to its famous neighbours like Marbella and Fuengirola. It is a great destination to enjoy Spanish culture where tourists will find whitewashed houses with decorated balconies, cobbled streets, quaint cafes, souvenir shops and restaurants, especially in the old town centre (16 minutes). The marina is built on the original fishing harbour and is lined with restaurants and bars that serve fresh seafood and paella. There are also shops and popular nightclubs and discos.
For day trips, guests can drive to Marbella (23 minutes), Puerto Banús (15 minutes), Fuengirola (39 minutes) and Mijas Costa (42 minutes). Málaga International Airport is about 70 kilometers away.
