Simply delightful! Walk 50 steps to the Big Thompson River and fish awhile, sit on the deck among the Evergreens and listen to the rushing water, mountain breeze and wildlife. We have our own terrific cleaning crew who will make sure your cabin is sparkling clean before your stay! This newly remodeled cabin features all the amenities of home with that "cabin in the mountains" feel. Completely new kitchen - fully equipped, new washer/dryer, new beds and furniture - Everything you need for that Rocky Mountain getaway. Central Airconditioning added for your comfort!
Only a 1-mile drive to Rocky or a 20-minute walk into Moraine Park. Just 2 miles from downtown Estes Park, makes a stay at Aspen Brook the best of both worlds! We supply luxury towels, bedding, kitchen supplies and most importantly a local property management team, available seven-days a week, to help you have a great stay. A wonderful stay and fantastic hosts. Having a Christmas tree ready to go and decorations reduced our stress a lot. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Hosts were very welcoming right from the beginning. Highly Recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. My husband and I stayed in an upstairs bedroom and had our own bath. However the stairs became a problem for us. We are older and it becane a chore to climb those stairs. I feel this cabin would be better for younger people. Other than the stairs we enjoyed our stay.

Just great! Comfortable living space, clean, view/sound of the river right across from the deck. It had all the little things we could need (ie small coffee grinder when all we brought was whole-bean). Owners were responsive when I forgot the access code. Not sure what else we could have needed. Truly great stay!

Perfect stay

The listing was accurate but we were delighted to find they had undersold it! Everything was spotless, fully stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor deck has a beautiful view of the river. The location could not be better, just minutes from the park entrance, shopping and restaurants; however, when you're there, you feel like you are in the middle of nature surrounded by trees and mountains. Communication with the host was easy and check in and out a breeze. We had a fabulous stay and I highly recommend this Clean and Cozy cabin!

Evergreen Stay

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Evergreen. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We saw wild life every morning, the sound of the river was peaceful, entrance to RMNP was only a few minutes away, and it is quiet all day long. We definitely plan to visit again!

Fall break for family from Indiana

The entire process of booking through stay was amazing. We had to reschedule our stay once and Tamara was amazing helping us as I panicked. My husband kept commenting how perfect the house was for our family. It’s literally minutes from the entrance to RMNP and great small trails by the YMCA. We saw several elk in the neighborhood and it was just minutes from downtown. All amenities were covered. It was a wonderful stay.
