Great value!

Nice, quiet and clean condo. Great location to access everything in Estes Park. Second floor unit with no air conditioning but opening windows and using the provided fans in the evening kept it comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend it for any couple visiting Estes Park.

Family Trip to RMNP

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the details available to us. We found a water cooler which worked great for extra water at the vehicle post-hike or day trip. While the condo didn’t have A/C, we were able to get by with all the fans provided and make use of the cooler morning/night air. I would suggest a less sheer curtain for the sliding door though to help. One evening, three cow elk walked into the courtyard (?) and we watched them for awhile from the patio/balcony. Very cool. My kids loved the pine cones and the setup worked great for our young family of 4. The location was perfect as well.

No AC and not disclosed

Don’t use this property, they do not disclose the unit does not have AC. When we arrived it was 80 degrees inside and got to 82 degrees. We were told after I called that despite having a have function the thermostat the unit does have AC. When I asked how they would recommend to cool down the place we are recommended to open the windows. They are lucky when we stayed it was cool but otherwise the stay would’ve been unbearable.

Birthday getaway

It was my eldest grandson and son’s 26th birthday and all he wanted was to go to Estes Park. I am so glad we found this property. It was much better than the pictures. It was cozy and comfortable. Met our needs. Thanks for having us!

Base location for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.

This place was convenient to getting to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was quiet and close to town. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated having a kitchen table and games to play.

Easy to find and the code to the door was given early so had no issue getting in. Plenty of toiletries, dish washing detergent as well as a sponge was nice to have. Overall good place to stay.

Nice bed, great location.

If you just want a place to sleep, shower, and then enjoy the area, this place is ideal. Great location, comfortable bed, good shower. If the weather sucks at some point and you find yourself spending more time here than you hoped, you’ll be disappointed.

We had a good stay, the property is in a good location and had all the necessities. This was our second stay in this place. A few things that would improve the stay are larger cutting boards, heavier blankets, better wifi, improved couch, shades for the patio that are more light blocking.

Quiet pleasant stay

The apartment definitely met our needs. It was quiet and conveniently located. It is on the 2nd floor so be aware of that when booking , but it was not an issue for us.

comfortable condo so close to Rocky Mtn. Nat. Park

We enjoyed our stay at the Pine Cone Condo. Parking was very close to the unit and convenient. It was very clean. The check in process was simple and easy. It was nice to have a balcony. The location was fantastic. So close to Rocky Mtn Nat Park and the center of town.

This vacation home is clean and quiet and close to town. While the living area is a bit plain and certain parts of the home could use some updating, the home is overall comfortable and worked very well for us Kitchen is stocked well with pots and pans and utensils. Towels are plenty. Bathroom has been updated and shower is nice. Overall, good place to stay and would come again.

No A/C

This property was in a great location and the rental is great, but when we entered the unit after a long day of driving the unit was 80 degrees. While we’re in the property it got up to 82 degrees when I called for assistance I was told this unit doesn’t have A/C or a cool function even though it is on the thermostat and we will just need to open the windows to cool it down. In state where I’m from 80 degree constitutes a state of emergency. We were lucky that when we stayed here it was cold outside or else our stay it would’ve been terrible. The tv is beat up and has a line through it. The instructions for check out said different things overall I won’t be staying in a Vacasa property again.

the name aptly describes the location and decor. spacious and clean except for the patio which had food residue on the table and deck - easily rectified though. there was also only one drinking glass in the kitchen but hopefully once this is tead they will supply more😁
