Thoughts
Love the location. Not a fan of carpet, that’s just me, but showing it’s age. Instructions on how to run the microwave and t.v. would help. That said, I would stay here again. Location,Location,Location. Also the fire place was nice.

Enjoyed it mostly
Our only complaint was that the people next to us smoked on thier balcony. We reported it and they still did it. So it polluted out time enjoying the balcony and keeping the doors open at night. It was really hot and there wasn't any AC, so it was a problem.

This place was perfect for me, my husband and our granddaughter. We loved the sound of the river and actually fought over who would sleep on couch. Place had everything you could need. Plush towels and extra bedding was a plus. We also enjoyed the deer and Elk. We will be back!!!

This property is amazing. Everything in it was new and clean. The place was very comfort, quiet and cozy. We loved the place so much. It is so convenient because it is close to RMNP, and restaurants. THE PICTURES ON THE RENTAL SITES DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE, IT LOOKS WAY BETTER IN PERSON. Only thing is the TV could be a little bigger. Definitely will come back and recommend to friends if they are going to be in the area.
