The property was well keep and amazing. The best way to describe it is a modern cabin with a rustic appeal but all the modern tech comforts. I will definitely be staying here again.
Stunning home, decor and setting made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The house is in a great location easily accessible to town and activities. Very responsive host.
This house is amazing and has everything to make your stay wonderful. The kitchen is well equiped, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from the deck is amazing. The location of the house is perfect and allows for easy access to all the town and Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer.

Wonderful Stay
This house was perfect for our stay with our adult children and their spouses. The location was ideal for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park and the views from the deck overlooking the lake were spectacular.
The host was communicative and the house was equipped with everything that we needed for our visit.
The property both inside and out exceeded our expectations. Rustic/ yet very modern interior. All amenities one could imagine were thoughtfully provided. My immediate family (six adults and two small children) had a wonderful stay and plan to return annually if possible. Highly recommend.
The house is beautifully updated and in pristine condition. Spectacular views. Loved the deck. The kitchen was fully appointed. Convenient location only minutes from downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrances. The owner was very accessible for communication. We highly recommend the house and the owner! We would definitely stay there again.
My husband and I have made many trips to Estes Park, but never stayed on Lake Estes before. This cabin had a fabulous balcony overlooking the lake. The kitchen was well stocked although we ate out a lot this trip.
The owner and property manager were easily reached during our stay to answer any questions we had. Great cabin for large family or friends to share.
The home exceeded our expectations! Wonderful location, gorgeous views, beautifully furnished. Comfortable and spacious. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. This is a perfect rental for three-four couples, or a large family. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon.
This is a beautiful home with views unimaginable. The owner planned out everything in detail making check in and check out a breeze. Home was fully stocked with everything you need. Lake and mountain views along with wild elk and deer viewing was fantastic. Close to all amenities and Rocky Mountain National Park.
What an amazing time spent with family. We hiked in the mountains, rode bikes, took long walks, rented a pontoon boat, went to dinner and enjoyed time sitting around the fire pit. The elk even attempted to join our group!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location.
We have a family tradition of doing a VRBO Getaway Vacation each year. We are a family of 7, ages 2 to 62 - Grandma, kids, and grandkids. We pick a new town/state each year. This year's Lake Estes vacation was definitely one of our best. This beautiful home is everything it says it is. Excellent accommodations, beautiful location, close to everything, endless activities for all ages. Our host, Julie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From booking to check-out and everything in between, we couldn't have asked for a better host.
I have rented dozens of homes of the years and this is at the top of the list in which I have to say is an amazing house. One must see it and stay here to truly see everything it has to offer. From the beautiful new interior with all four bedrooms spaced out and very large, to the crazy well stocked kitchen, super clean hot tub, very large south facing upper deck, and on and on, all with Estes Lake literally right down the slopped backyard. A very, very clean house as well. A one minute walk to the lake trail. Saw elk everyday and a newborn calf along with the cow for two days. Great place for family or friends.
One of the very few homes that had rented which had much more than I expected.
I must not forget to add the views were as good as gets.
Julie, was also very helpful and available.
We had a group of eight people, all family, headed to Rocky Mountain National Park, so we were looking for a place that could hold us all comfortably, yet give us all some privacy, too.
This placed checked everything on our list (hot tub, private bathrooms, lakefront property, proximity to multiple park entrances, cleanliness and security) and happened to be nestled in some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.
The property is a short walk down the hill to the lakefront which has a 4-5 mile walking path around the lake. The path leads to a small area where we rented bikes, kayaks and paddleboats, but you could rent pontoon boats and go fishing as well. The other direction of the path takes you to downtown Estes Park but you will undoubtedly see elk, deer or other wildlife like we did on our adventure.
Ownership and management were fantastic throughout our stay as well. Everything we needed or asked for was provided and the responses were immediate.
We hiked most days after the 15 minute drive to the park entrances but some of us went on bike rides when we get back to the property on a few of the bikes provided with the rental. We soaked our sore muscles in the oversized hot tub at night and enjoyed the serenity of nature while we grilled dinner each night on the patio with the natural gas fueled grill.
This was a splendid vacation home and we would come back here again in a second- highly recommended and enjoyable!
Love this house! Julie is amazing. We will be back.

Perfect family getaway
This home was just perfect for us. Party of 6, parents and 4 kids in teens/20s. We walked a lot from here into town or just along the lake. We played card games and puzzles. The kitchen, grill and hottub got lots of use. It was just awesome. The location and amenities can't be beat. We would def come back.
We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Estes Park! Everything about it was just perfect — from the breathtaking mountain views to the cozy, charming decor that made it feel like a true home away from home. The property was incredibly clean, well-appointed, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and we felt fully supported throughout our visit. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our experience a great one. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the best of Estes Park!
