Convenient Location & Excellent Views
Our group truly enjoyed the stay at the cabin. Extremely clean, great views and very close to the entrance of the national park. Easy check in and check out. Cabin fully stocked with everything you would need. Highly recommended!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
As in the title the location is everything! Right outside RMNP and minutes from downtown Estes! Close to anything you would want to do in Estes Park. Cabin had just about everything you would need for a vacation and the balcony off the master was one of our favorite spots. Only con's we had were the tv really needs replaced and the pool table could use a servicing for anyone who actually plays billiards and could use some new ping pong paddles. If cabin was updated, this could be a high dollar rental.

Great location!!
This was an awesome location to enjoy RMNP and Estes Park! We hiked a different trail every day and had fun playing mini golf, and riding the tram way and the mountain coaster! We had fun shopping and had some great bagels, crepes, smoothies and coffee! It was an amazing vacation and affirmed our goal of returning to Colorado!!

Property is in an ideal location to downtown. Close to amenities that is true. However it would have been nice to be warned about all the crazy construction that made getting to and from the cabin a hassle. The property needs some updating/fixing of a few things. If you have small kiddos bring your own games. Cleanliness was mediocre. Everyone has a different version of clean but this was not my version. We did absolutely love all the wildlife we saw to include a bear, deer, and beavers. To sum up if you are fine with extra chores on vacation,(aside from taking out trash) in addition to being charged the cleaning fee this place will be for you. I should have asked what is included in the cleaning fee. Estes Park is a beautiful place to visit.

Not welcoming
Property is poorly furnished, poorly stocked and dirty. Walkway to front door had been washed out by rains days before leaving a dangerous, poorly lit path and the concrete by the front door covered with rocks and sand. Property advertises as pet friendly but there is no where to put dogs without the neighbors complaining of barking or ‘charging’ when they are on a rope tied to a tree. Misleading and disappointing. I can recommend the property as a good place for people with pets. Also, I purchased the insurance to cover damages and then was charged for a problem with the doorbell. Not okay

The cabin is in a great location that is close and convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The kids loved getting to see deer and elk nearby.

Fun but a little love could make it so much better.
First the good - location, physical set up of the house is nice. Property manager is very responsive. Gas grill is a plus. Needs improvement - beds are terrible. They are worn out and broken down. Kitchen stove top cookware is worn out. Furniture in living room is pretty well shot. The place is somewhat outdated which is fine. There is, however, a difference between outdated and worn out. The items that are worn-out could be easily replaced and make for a better experience for the traveler.

Convenient location, great views
We loved our stay at this cabin. Rustic is a great descriptor—it looks like the original cabin has had 1-2 additions which makes the layout a little goofy at times, but it was great for a stay with grandparents and a toddler. The cabin is definitely dated, but we weren’t in the mountains to look at the walls. The bedrooms only have standard curtains (not room darkening) and no blinds so pack an eye mask if you don’t want an early wakeup! Beds were comfortable, at least two had memory foam toppers. My parents said the queen in the back room with the bunk bed was too soft for them, but the smaller bedroom was a little more firm and had a memory foam topper. The views out the front are incredible. We saw elk in front of the house or behind the fence every day which was awesome. We played horse shoes out front, enjoyed the pool table, and made a fire each night. Everything was easy to find in the house and the kitchen was well-stocked. There were no large frying pans/skillets, but we made do with the two medium-sized ones. We were grateful to have paper towels and plenty of good tp (not your typical cheap stuff). The gas grill out back worked great for steaks. From a location perspective, it’s super easy access to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to the National Park and also close to downtown Estes. Our biggest complaint was in regard to the cleaning fee and the checkout cleaning requirements. I haven’t checked rates at other properties, but $245 seems very excessive given the size of the cabin and the lack of cleanliness of the interior when we arrived. It had been a while since the floors had been mopped and there were plenty of dust bunnies in the corners. The kitchen and bathrooms surfaces did appear to be very clean, though. The washing machine is extremely small and as part of checkout, we had to wash and dry two loads of towels which was inconvenient. Those were really our only complaints. Otherwise it was great and we’d definitely stay again.

Great location!
This place was in a great location, close to RMNP entrance and close to Estes Park. Beds were comfortable and towels were plentiful. Kitchen was spacious and it was great to have a grill. There are other homes around so not secluded. It was as pictured. Had a wonderful stay.

Homey Cabin Close to Beaver Meadows
The view from the front yard, and the master bedroom’s upper deck made for hours of relaxation. Traffic was congested getting into the Beaver Meadows entrance, so it was great to stay less than 5 minutes away. The upstairs master bed was extremely comfortable, and more on the firm side. There was a downstairs bedroom with bunks and an equally comfortable full size bed. There are no pictures of the kitchen, but we were able to fit a family of five and grandparents at the table for every meal. The backyard was quiet with good views of the red canyons. We enjoyed cooking out on the Webber grill and napping in the hammock. There is a a full tub and shower in the downstairs bathroom, and a smaller shower in the upstairs bedroom, which can be shared via accordion door with an additional upstairs bedroom with a foldout couch. Living room had two foldout couches and great stone fireplace. A gaming area is attached with a pool table and optional ping-pong table set up. Other reviews say the picture don’t do the cabin justice, and they are right. It was a spacious; rustic, Rocky Mountain haven right next to the park. You can ever hear the elk calling to each other in the night.

Great location, beautiful view.

Furniture at the house is dated and the property could use some better outdoor amenities (ie a table) but it’s a good location. There were some issues that should have been dealt with prior to our arrival but the property manager was responsive and handled things in a timely manner. Overall, the property is represented fairly and matches the images and description.

Great location!
Enjoyed the property so much. The views out of the front of the property were fantastic. We loved the deck off of the master bedroom and used it a lot. It was a bit tricky getting into the place as we arrived after dark and it was a bit hard to see the keypad on the door but we figured it out. Would highly recommend with plenty of space.

The Views!!
The Views are amazing at this property! It was a lot bigger than we expected and wished we had booked it with friends or family to fill the cabin! They have a big updated kitchen that was really nice in the listing it would have been great to show a picture of it! Communication was excellent. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The only thing we were alittle disappointed with was the cleanliness of the cabin; dirty windows, cobwebs on lights. However that being said our overall stay was great and we would definitely rent this place again and bring friends or family!

Rustic Cabin with a View
Good location and great view of Longs Peak from 2nd floor deck. Loved the rustic feel and big kitchen picnic table decor. Unfortunately tv cable did not work so no use of the TVs. Kitchen also missing wine glasses (there was only 1). Access to the park was close and easy to access with our reservations. We hope to return in future with our adult children and grandkids to share this fun welcoming cabin. Thank you for opening your home and sharing its mountain charm. Lynn and Cathy. Kansas City.
