- NOTE: The HOA has strict parking restrictions. No more than 3 cars are allowed. No trailer or boat is allowed unless it is parked in the garage. Cars or pickup trucks must be ¾ ton or smaller. Pickups using the industry designation of 250 or 2500 class or smaller qualify as ¾ ton. Trucks with dual-wheel rear axils do not meet this requirement and are prohibited.
