Cleanliness not a problem and very friendly owner. The property is very run down and my room smelled of rotted wood and old carpet. Comfy beds tho. I had stayed 2 years ago and basically slept and left. More time in the room and I probably would not stay again. Price is right tho!

The only good thing to mention about this place was that the staff was nice and the second floor didn’t smell as bad as the first. Upon entry, the building smells old and musty… kinda mildewy. Second floor not as bad but room was not clean. Linens had not been changed (looked to be refolded used towels). Neighborhood was sketchy. Doors were hard to open and close. Tub looked repainted and not very well I might add. Oh… the air conditioner worked… so that was a plus. There were no amenities… not a coffee pot… not even a box of Kleenex in the room. Would definitely not stay again.
