"Would love to keep this fabulous home a secret but it's just too amazing not to share. Everything was perfect. Top of the line appliances, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully appointed rooms, and a one minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Ocean views from every room! Our host JP was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. A last minute get away has turned into a new tradition. We will be back over and over. "

"We appreciated the pet friendly, our elderly dog passed away before we traveled, He would have loved it. Proximity to beach and neighborhood in Madaket are also big draw for us. The space also offers a lot of privacy, almost like separate suites which I can see would help with larger families. "

"This house is in the perfect location! Beautiful water views, and just a short walk to the beach and Millie’s. Smith’s Point was the ideal, kid-friendly beach—only a few minutes away. The host was extremely accommodating, offering helpful advice, answering questions promptly, and even allowing a late checkout. I would absolutely love to stay in this rental again!"

"This is our second time staying at the Pineapple house. We absolutely love the location. You can walk to a beautiful trail to 40th pole beach, quick access to south beaches and Smith’s point, and Millie’s. Drive to town is very easy and you can avoid summer island traffic easily. Love having shuttle option close to the house and having tennis courts access. The house is perfect for two couples or family of four. We loved taking our dogs for walk around neighborhood in the morning and down the beach path. House has everything you need, is comfortable, love having a/c and the outdoor shower. Adam is a thoughtful host and available anytime you need him. We will be back to stay at this wonderful gem! "

"The house is charming and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has lovely views. There was a bit of difficulty with lack of soundproofing for those who are sensitive to early morning risers. Hope to rent again!"
