“Nosotros venimos de Texas está muy bien la ubicación limpio y cualquier problema que teníamos nos contactábamos por medio de mensajes y al minuto a los dos nos contestaban muy amables y resolví nuestros problemas. Gracias muy recomendable al 100”

“Negatives: The check in process was very tedious. Filling out a lengthy agreement, sending my license, a selfie, and deposit. The host was impersonal-no name, just “Your host” Lots of rules about parties and quiet hours (must sign an agreement), taking a picture of the key once it’s in the lock box at checkout, taking the trash out. The walk from the apartment to State Farm stadium is about 22 min. The powdered creamer on the counter, the pepper, and the canola oil (not sure who still uses this……

“There was a few spider webs on the stairwell that could have been wiped off a little better. I did not communicate when making the reservation that I was handicapped so being put on the third floor was a little bit of a bummer but we made it work. And for last minute reservations it was just phenomenal and awesome very quiet other people were so respectful. The pool was clean the Shady place to have food downstairs patio area was nice and clean and just lovely!”

“好”

“The apartment’s amenities were excellent and very well thought out. I appreciate that items that usually wouldn’t be in a hotel were stocked at this property (full sized garbage, plates, utensils, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry in unit, etc.) I didn’t realize that the property did not have elevators until check in. It was an inconvenience concerning luggage, and I would’ve packed lighter if I knew that the unit was upstairs with no elevator access. There was a strong marijuana odor in……

“Property was fantastic and so close to everything. I went to a concert and it was less than 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Glendale for another show.”

“The property was beautiful and well kept. I would love to stay here again! The owner was so communicative and very nice. I highly recommend this property!”

“I Love The Space And Design. You Really Feel At Home! The Amenities To The Communicative Support! Definitely Recommend For Any Stay”

“The host was easy to communicate with check-in and out details. The house was perfectly staged, clean, and exactly as described in the picture. Definitely will recommend to any friends and family planning to come to PHX.”

“Great room and very spacious. We love the balcony and the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend!!”

“Everything is laid out for you in your boarding pass and be sure to read your email. Absolutely a vibe!”

“Make sure there is soap and conditioner. Had to walk to Walgreens to find some. Other than that, it was great!”

“The house was listed as electric property which it could’ve been. However the pool area was disgusting. All the furniture was old. You couldn’t even sit on it. I never use that section. The kitchen was fine however, coffee makers didn’t work and the table would decide for children. I don’t know what they were thinking about that. They did have a lovely dining room area where I didn’t use that considering I was here by myself there weren’t enough towels in the master bedroom. I did find extra……

“I would give it NO stars if I could. This property was completely unacceptable and clearly not prepared to accommodate guests. The building was dirty, hallways were unfinished and torn apart, and the entire property reeked of marijuana. Noise from other occupants was easily heard throughout the hallways. Despite a 4 PM check-in time, my room was STILL not ready when I arrived at 10 PM. The unit was in unacceptable condition. Furniture was piled on the bed waiting to be assembled, closet doors……
