“The staff and hotel manager are highly unprofessional. Even after booking 6 days prior with prepaid on my arrival day my room was given to somebody else and I have to stay in stoor room. Pathetic service and response from hotel as well as site”

“Unresponsive staff. Inflexible policies. I lost a day of my stay because of the staff's laziness. Dirty hotel. Highly NOT recommended.”

“Terrace dinning - too much Miskitos. ”

“We paid at high price and I think the hotel is over pricing their room in the peak tourist season. All staff we met are very friendly, room is cleaned and we were upgraded to a two room suite with a private pool. Yet, the pool water was not clean and the room was old. Foods are generally good to be fair. “Good location, it’s near Agra Fort train station. Good view that can see Taj Mahal on the roof top. It convince around and helpful!”

“nice to stay! we had a comfortable and happy experience here, also the breakfast has different choice. recommend you to come!”

“Abundance of stains and hairs in bed, pillows, towels, etc. The shower had hot water, but bathroom smelled like mildew/mold and there were stains and rust on all metal fixtures. Only soap provided. Hotel is near Taj Mahal East Gate.”
