“We really enjoyed our short stay and hope to return in the summer for a longer visit. The cottage is very homey and interesting. It has lots of history and very unique displays of its history throughout the cottage. Mary was an awesome hostess. The cottage was stocked with colas, coffee, tea, liquid creamer and fresh Amish friendship bread. It was very clean, warm and stocked with everything you could need to cook. The backyard was great for the kids to play soccer. We even saw deer in the……

“My partner and i absolutely loved staying in the tiny cabin. It was so cozy and the bed was Amazing! We rested so well while we were here. The kitchen was also wonderfully stocked with a great set up if cooking supplies and we were able to cook a few meals there. Check was a breeze a d communicating with the owners was great. 10 out of 10 recommend and want to come back. ”

“Great stay. Side note, if you are a lerger person, the 2 beds up the ladder is a tight squeeze just fyi. 15 and 12 year old loved it ”

“The house was in the perfect location for what we needed. The surrounding area was perfect. The house itself had a musty smell upon entry, had rat traps in the corners of each room, and had a moldy coffee filter with coffee still inside, in the coffee maker. Appears no one cleaned that coffee maker prior to our arrival, or maybe in a long while, due to the amount of mold on it. The house could use some updating, but overall was not a bad experience.”

“An unexpected treasure! I booked Steele Magnolia for the days surrounding my daughter’s wedding. It was 20 minutes from Mountain View Farms which made it perfect. The cottage exceeded my expectations and was the perfect compliment to the sweet week of festivities! Shannon has thought of everything. It is perfectly detailed and contained so many conveniences! I felt right at home. The bed that I slept on was comfortably firm, there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets if they had been……

“Very clean. Perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. Wonderful communication and very responsive! The dog park was perfect for the dog (and kids) to run and play!”

“One suggestion would be to not have loud air fresheners in the rooms. We had to put them outside on the porch during our stay. Causes headaches and allergies. Smelled good but too loud. But great place!!”
