Emerald City Studio Suite is a comfortable retreat into Eugene Oregon’s desired Ferry Street Bridge area. Sleeps up to 4 people, with full bath, kitchenette, WiFi, cable tv and is located 5 minutes from Eugenes 5th street market, U of O, Riverbend hospital, Willamette River biking paths and Skinners Butte and other hiking hot spots. Our family neighborhood offers quiet and safety with exterior property security systems.

Excellent location
Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for my stay. Very spacious. Fantastic remote work station in the very large bedroom. The property was very clean and well equipped. Hosts were friendly, and very accommodating to the needs of my stay. Close to shopping and easy to commute to downtown Eugene.

Visit for Football Game
My adult son and I stayed for a weekend (Fri night to Sunday morning) to attend a football game. It was the perfect arrangement, clean, convenient, the amenities we needed. Throughout the process the property owner was very responsive to messages or calls. If we ever come to an Oregon game again we would definitively stay there again if it is available.
