Convenient, Clean and Comfy
This well appointed home is close to everything Eugene has to offer, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and has wonderful remodel upgrades like the kitchen, master bath and closet. It was so nice to wake up in the morning with heated tile floors in the master bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops, eye pleasing color scheme and high end appliances and fixtures. You can definitely tell there is pride in ownership of this home. Thank you for sharing it!

Family Duck Game Weekend
Our family and friend visited Eugene to see our daughter who is attending UofO and go to the Ducks Football game v Cal. The house was fantastic and a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a clean, safe and easy stay for all of us!

Great Stay!
The property was excellent and met all of our needs. We were in town because my daughter was competing in the Junior Olympics at Hayward Field. The house is located only a short drive from Hayward so it made it really easy to get to and from the track. In addition, it was really nice to have a kitchen that we could use and continue our normal routine before meets. The house is clean and was perfect for our family of four. It is located right across from several good food places! We will definitely stay here again if competing in the area. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay, location was convenient to downtown, interstate, parkway shopping mall and groceries as well Autzen stadium. We would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave it an overall 4 star was because for a family of 6 it Was a little hard to converse and relax together. After four wheeling in the sand dunes and after a rainy college game day and chilly football we wanted to relax and watch the baseball game or college fb next to the fire place. There wasn’t enough “ comfortable seating” we had to use dining chairs. Also wished there was covered containers for stargaze for left ivers to be stored and reheated. However, we very much enjoyed the home, amnesties, location and communication with the owners. GO DUCKS

Spacious clean house in quiet area convenient to all
A lovely living room and dining room, and conveniently spaced bedrooms. We as the grandparents had our private space which was great. The mattresses in the larger rooms were on the soft side and we had to use all our agility for the height of our mattress. That being said, it's a great listing and so close to anything you could want in the great town of Eugene.

Great location and house! Convenient location. House very cute and homey. Great communication with host and allowed us a late checkout so my infant could nap before our flight home. Very thankful! Only complaint is very soft beds that left us with sore backs after a week, and unsupportive pillows. Other than that, no complaints!

The home was so cute!
We were very pleased with the location and this cute little cottage home! ** just a little note. The bathrooms are bare. Meaning NO courtesy shampoos/conditioner/soap. We have a couple of rental properties and have stocked with such items. A nice little touch should one not travel/fly ;-) with them. NOT a big deal considering location. Close to the store to grab what’s needed.

Impressed with this property!
This property is well situated, close to shopping and restaurants and ease of accessibility to major highways. There's plenty of venues close by to places if you don't want to drive far. Great area for morning walks in a nice neighborhood and a very well presented home for comfort during your stay. I'll definitely choose this home again when visiting Eugene!

A beautiful and very welcoming home
This home is quite lovely. It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our weekend in Eugene for our daughter's graduation from the U of O. It is very spacious with a beautiful kitchen and garden. The location is perfect for getting around Eugene. Sonja is a wonderful host and very accommodating. I cannot begin to put into words how wonderful this stay was. Sonja was a super star with our requests and it made the stay a 10 out of 10. We were in town for the Nike Outdoor Nationals and my athlete could not have been taken better care of. The location, the house, the adjustments, it was absolutely perfect. If NON is hosted in Eugene again next year, we will be sure to stay with Sonja again. It was out of this world! The bathroom floor was heated!

Wonderful House! Close to Autzen stadium and Baker park with nice walking paths. Short drvie to U of O campus and Hayward Field. Nicely remoderled. Quiet neighborhood next to Oakway Mall with Salt and Straw Ice Cream Shop!!!! Would not hesitate to rent it again.

Mother's day weekend
This property is a VRBO all-star. Exactly what this group of moms was expecting to spend a weekend with our U of O students. The interiors are very comfortable and neatly decorated. The exteriors are beautifully maintained and especially beautiful in the lush Spring blooms. We had a nice walks to get coffee in the mornings and made a delicious dinner for kids on Saturday night in a very well appointed kitchen. Check in and check out processes were a breeze. I will definitely be returning to the great location in a quiet and convenient neighborhood!!!

Running in Eugene
Our stay at this home was great in its comfort, amenities, and proximity to very easy groceries and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace to relax after running and in early mornings when the temperatures outside were still chilly or after being out in the rain. Very pretty neighborhood and lovely house.

Love this home and location to UO Autzen Stadium, campus, and shops
Beautiful home with all the amenities you can want! Walking distance (approx. 1 mile) to Autzen Stadium so no need to deal with parking for the games. Easy in/out of area to get to downtown Eugene and the UO campus. Great back porch, sitting areas...all the amenities you could want! Great communication with the owners too!

Charming house near Oakway
This house was perfect for our short stay in Eugene. A great location to access all areas of Eugene. The house was very clean and so charming. The home is well equipped with almost everything you would need. The only thing missing for me was a hair dryer. We would definitely rent this house again.

Gorgeous!
This house is fantastic with very beautiful modern decor. It has a large, bright spacious kitchen which was perfect for the cooking and baking I did. The master bedroom is also very spacious with a huge closet and an amazing double shower with bench. I esp loved the clean landscaping with plants and gorgeous flowers in both the front and back yards. The back patio is ideal for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. This house is also within a close walking distance to one of the nicest shopping and food centers in Eugene. I look forward to a return visit!

We really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful home with updated master, master bath and kitchen. Whole house is really comfortable and cute backyard to relax in. Super convenient to downtown, U of O campus, and to the river area for nice walks. Shopping and restaurants across street were great. We added an extra day and the host was really accommodating.

Clean, comfort, location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our host maintains this property very well. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We enjoyed having a large kitchen with space for all four of us. The location is outstanding, only a block or two walk for groceries, coffee, and great restaurants. The backyard space was very relaxing and quiet for an evening around the table to enjoy dinner and drinks. The four of us had rented bikes to cycle around Eugene and having a garage was extra nice to store the bikes. I hope I can stay here again!

Superb House & Location
If you are looking for a gem go no further. This is a stunning property with a great location to shopping and downtown. The hosts are friendly and responsive. When I realized the coffee pot was missing not only did a new coffee pot arrive the next morning but coffee and filters too! I would definitely recommend and visit again when traveling to Eugene.
