"The room was clean I could tell they maintain it well because I do additional cleaning when I get to the room and can see additional dirt and grime that comes off and there was minimal. The staff were very friendly and even asked my preference on room floor and if I would like to be near the elevator or not. The one complaint I have that made me laugh because everything else was nice is when I went to use the bathroom in room 322 there was no toilet paper or even a toilet paper holder so I used the tissues and sent my daughter to get some from the front desk as the phone in the living area wouldn’t connect. They apologized and sent some TP back with her. With that being said I would still stay here again but I will definitely check for TP before I Cop a squat "

"There was dog poop under the bed and when asked to clean it no one showed up. There were loud neighbors fighting and then targeting our door because we seen them fighting. The front desk was called and it took hours for something to be done about it. The pull out bed was made of nothing but springs and we had to buy extra padding to be slept on. The door had been previously kicked in and was not fixed well and barely secure. There were neighbors with dogs constantly barking through the night and morning as well as neighbors playing loud music early in the morning waking up my children. The laundry room was disgustingly dirty."

"Took 30 minutes to check in due to understaffing. The parking situation was a nightmare. No clear signage for entrance. "

"Do not go with the cheapest option regardless of your circumstances. I was trying to save money, ended up booking for 2 nights, barely was able to get through the 1st night . I checked out the next day and ending up having to spend more money for 1 night at another establishment."

"The hotel is good clean and condusive but the rooms are not sound proof"

"Room 107 had mold around the window and the room smelled damp. Once I told the front desk and showed her the pictures, she changed my room and that room was in much better condition. "
