“The property folks were super nice and responded quickly. It is a very cute little house. Great location even though we thought it would have been a bit closer to the beach. We had trouble with the smart lock. Someone came on the speaker and tried to help us out with it but the speaker was too crackly and we couldn’t make out what she was trying to say. They had another option to get in which we were grateful for. The beds were pretty comfy but one dips on one side. Feels maybe like a broken box……

Our only small issues (which did not detract from our stay at all): the mattress does sag a bit toward the middle, and the bathroom sink drains a little slowly. “Horrible filled with mold wouldn’t let me cancel”

“Just ok. Place inside and out needs some love which is fine but it wasnt clean. Hair and dust all over, moldy coffee maker, stains on sheets and lacking some basics like pillows cases for all pillows and top and bottom sheets. Bummer because the place could be cool but wouldn’t stay again. ”

“Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows. Smart TV with sound bar to watch shows and wind down after a day hiking and exploring the neighborhood. The location can't be beat. Everything is walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights, but look……
