Welcome to our newly upgraded 410 s.f. cottage in downtown Arcata! This fully renovated studio is perfect for those who appreciate the central location of downtown Arcata but also want the home-away-from-home amenities. Our little cottage boasts a well-stocked full kitchen including local organic coffee. Cross the street and peruse the local fare at the North Coast Co-Op, bring some goodies back from the famous Saturday Farmer's Market on the Plaza, take a walk to the world-renowned Arcata Marsh & Wildlife Sanctuary, enjoy festivities at the Creamery District and the Arcata Plaza, and take in a Humboldt Crabs Baseball game when in season.
The king-sized organic mattress and premium linens will ensure you sleep well. An on-demand water heater, quiet gas wall heater, and insulated walls and windows ensure your comfort and coziness. The cottage is also equipped with a wide-screen, smart TV.

Guest access:
During your stay you will enjoy the entire unit as well as the fully fenced backyard and patio area. Parking is on-street in a safe neighborhood. Access is via a coded door-lock at the back door. Arcata is very walkable and almost every restaurant, bar, and shop is located within a few-block radius from your cottage. This studio is in the heart of this vibrant downtown community.

This is a pet friendly unit with a $35 pet fee per stay (only one dog per reservation unless otherwise agreed in advance). Our downtown location means local events are often happening close by. Eateries and local pubs make it perfect for someone wanting to enjoy the vibrant downtown life of Arcata. The pub down the street boasts world-class beers and new releases with a great vinyl record and a comic book collection to browse.

We are situated behind the local co-op for all your grocery needs. Nearly every restaurant in town is within a few blocks walking distance including three pubs, a burger joint, sushi, high-end restaurants including Campground and Salt, and local favorites such as The Local Cider Bar, Renata’s Creperie, and many other wonderful cafes and bars.
