"We checked in late and the overnight employee was amazing. Helpful and kind. In the morning we woke up to several bugs (large flying ants) in our bathroom. Not a huge deal. I took a couple pictures and showed them to the young man checking us out. He completely dismissed my concerns and said, "OH, I was in room 214 last night and I had a bunch of bugs too." Gross. I am not a guest who complains, but I do work in costumer service and I not happy with being told that this wasn't the only unclean space in the establishment, or the lack of service recovery. There was no breakfast and if there was we were not told about it. The only redeeming thing about this location was the overnight employee. Oh and bring ear plugs. You can hear EVERYTHING."
