Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them.
Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least.

“Excellent value for the price! I recommend it highly. More amenities in the rooms than they list online, including microwave, mini fridge, coffee, toaster, iron, hair dryer, some clothes hangers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Comfy and clean bed. A charming old brownstone.”
“We stayed here for a few days while visiting Boston, once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end and found it very convenient to hop on the train and walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The first room was on the third floor and was very small but was fine for two people. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our second room was in the basement and much larger and again, very clean and well-appointed. We did have some noise from the room above us but it wasn't a big issue. They……

“The hotel was very cute, and very conveniently located and had everything you could need in the room. The shower stall was small and took a long time to warm up. Because the hotel did not have a desk, or customer service there it very much feels like you are on an island, and the bed was rather hard. Despite these minor problems a very pleasant stay and would consider staying again. ”
