「Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....

「Lovely hotel in a fabulous quiet location. We stayed for 4days the food was good but the menu didn't change in the time we were there, so not a lot of choice. Having said that the area has a number of good eating places nearby. Staff hard working and attentive. Would definitely stay again.」

「Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything you needed,shops just a few feet away. Take a fan with you when it's warm as the rooms are mega hot. Highly recommended」

「Got to the property late (as pre arranged) and managed to locate the reception person after finding the emergency number. Room was clean but a little tired looking apart from a new thick carpet. Facilities generally good but no plug sockets next to the bedside tables. I am a CPAP user so had to have the power lead running from the desk area on one side of the room to the bedside table on the other side creating a trip hazard across the floor.」

「Different experience traveling from the US- shared bathroom, check-in at the bar in the adjacent restaurant, modestly lit path along the side of the building to the hallway door that led to the rooms.」

「The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. 」
