「We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location 」

「The location is excellent for access to the city center. Parking is limited. The fold away bed was not comfortable and we had to purchase a foam pad to make it sleepable. The bedroom closet door was in need of repair. We would recommend to friends.」

「Charming apartment in a very central place. However, the sofabed was broken and therefore not suitable to sleep on. Also the noise from the streets was quite loud, even on Sunday morning. And the apartment was rather dusty. We had good contact with Ali who was very willing to help, but couldn't really do anything about it in the short time we staid in the apartment. If I compare this to other apartments we stay in, it was quite expensive for what we got. 」

Tina, our host, was always available and responsive. Great location in Exeter just a short walk from the cathedral and shopping district and the central railroad station. 「The pictures whilst appealing do not capture the smell of the room or the sheets - fousty/old is an understatement! the smell of this space is appalling. Incredibly disappointing, the manager apparently could not smell anything wrong with the apartment - even though their was a written request to leave the windows open when leaving. I ended up only staying one night (having paid for 4), they refused to reimburse me for the remaining three nights. Based on my exceedingly frustrating interaction,...

「The flat was very comfortable and spacious. It was very well equipped and it was great being able to open the patio doors and sit out in the garden which we had all to ourselves. With restaurants and bars being literally just round the corner it’s in a great area too. The quay and shopping centre are only a ten minute walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.」
