We chose the cottage for its quiet location and loved being so close to Dartmoor.

We chose the cottage for its quiet location and loved being so close to Dartmoor. We didn't need local amenities because we preferred being on a farm far from the madding crowd. There was a good local pub where we had a relaxing meal. We loved being able to walk from the cottage. Big supermarkets were only 5 miles away in Exeter. The cottage was warm, comfortable and clean. We left a couple of items of clothing behind and the owners were extremely helpful and sent them back for us. Would certainly recommend this cottage. The directions for finding it were clear but perhaps a sign saying Kingswood Farm would have been helpful. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A Brilliant cottage, very well presented and comfortable. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Only reason for slightly lower amenities rating is farm is a bit out of the way and although within 20Mins drive of central Exeter, there isn't a lot to do at or around the site.
