A quaint cottage with low ceilings and winding stairs and many original features.

A quaint cottage with low ceilings and winding stairs and many original features. It was perfect for us as it was in a wonderful position in the centre of the village yet very near the river . It also had parking which was rare in Lympstone. The roads in and out of the village are narrow but they weren't a problem. The station was nearby too.

Comfortable old cottage with some unusual features. Great to be near local station for trains to Exeter, Exmouth and Topsham and close to Exe estuary.
