"The hotel was one of the best we have been to,very clean,big variety breakfast. On the other hand, staff members are not friendly, some of them rudely answered us and were not helpful in the slightest. The kindest people were the cleaning ladies. "This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."

"It is alway a pleasure staying there. The staff go above and beyond what you would expect. Good location, large rooms and very clean. This time I had a smart tv , so could easily watch tv with my accounts. Wifi is fast and reliable. I didn’t need to use the air conditioning this time, but last time a little bit.
