Parker The Urban Flats

"We stayed at Parker during our first ever visit to Valencia. The first bonus was that there was a terrific little (well not so little) breakfast cafe (Espinosa Food & Drink) within 10 seconds (!) walk of Parker. In fact there were more up the road but Espinosa had the best choice. The room that we were given at Parker was certainly very generous in size for the three of us and it was great that both beds were extremely comfortable. Not just the main one but the second one too as they're often less comfortable or sofabeds in such places. We also appreciated that we were given hard pillows as per our earlier request. The aircon was great too, vital for a warm city like Valencia. The service at the front desk was always fantastic and we really appreciated that we could leave our luggage in their safe storage on the day of our departure as we had a late flight. The only issue, which was major, was that the wifi kept cutting out. We did mention it to the front desk who said that they had notified their IT people but even after that it was problematic. Unfortunately, that would make me hesitate about staying here again notwithstanding total satisfaction on every other front"

"The property is new and very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but manageable. There was no place to put clothes other than pre-set hangers (6, I believe) attached to the walls. No drawers etc. No luggage holder. If staying a short time, no big deal but I was there for just under 2 weeks. So the luggage was open on the floor the entire time. There was also no English TV which for a longer stay was a bit annoying. Overall though, I will stay there again. Very clean, good shower, nice staff."

"The hotel is very well located in the centre of town where you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and sights close by. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. There is a taxi line right close by, except they were not available on a rainy day :(. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms large, clean and very cool decorated."

"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in the space of 5 months and we love it! Rooms are huge and beds are extremely comfortable. A huge positive is location- right in the centre of the Arts and Sciences area and a few steps away from all the shopping you can do! Also buses stop outside or a short walk away. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!"

"Very clean accommodation, excellent value for money and well located for travelling around the city. The lockers provided as part of the booking fit our 2 large duffel bags (65l and 70l) so we didn’t need to hire additional space. As the capsules are in hostel-style dorms then I’d recommend earplugs and a sleep mask, but the beds are extremely comfortable. The pods can get warm, so bring light pjs! The showers worked well and the kitchen area was useful during our stay. I saw the showers have a very deep clean on a daily basis. I’d definitely stay here again for a short city break. Really excellent value for money for the quality"
