“The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. Olena was super fast with responding to my questions. The best part was the beach, soft sand great for long walks. The water was crystal clear. I highly recommend bringing a raft for floating and relaxing.”

I am writing this review with a broken shoulder and unable to type or use my dominate hand since I busted it 3 days after returning from our bucket list trip to paradise on earth but felt compelled to let anyone know who is considering this property to JUMP ON IT! The pictures do not do any justice simply because its impossible to capture its beauty and all it has to offer. We have stayed at so many properties at so many locations over 15 years of travel and this place, the hosts……

“The property is located in a gated community with courteous staff at the office, which helped us with a slip for a rented boat at the marina. felt safe at all times. the house was clean and steps from the water. Had a great time. Thx”

“The house was everything we imagined. The water was stunning, however, (not that this has anything to do with the owners, property manager, etc.,) All I imagined for 7 months was sitting out on that beautiful deck and beach drinking my coffee or cocktail every day, but, because of the windy conditions and cold sprinkles of rain that was not the case for our entire 5 days at the house. HOWEVER! We made the best of our time. We went to surrounding beaches (Tropic of Cancer Beach) It was……

“Charlie is the best! House was clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the bay…spotted dolphins and turtles! Lots to explore nearby and Charlie attends to your needs! Even filled our tire with air before we left for the airport. Perfect spot for bonefishing with Charlie’s bother - Drex Rolle, who puts his boat in right there!”

“This was our 3rd time to Exuma so we wanted to try something off the main road now that we are comfortable with the island. We were not disappointed. This property is a hidden gem. The views were amazing and quietness was so refreshing. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Driving to the property was actually really easy. 5 mins from the main road and total of 10 mins max to Georgetown. We had great communication with the owner and property manager which if anything was needed……

“We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Bay House #3 and would definitely consider returning. The home was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with beautiful views of Elizabeth Harbor. It was a peaceful place to relax after exploring Great Exuma. The location was excellent—close to George Town, beaches, restaurants, and other island activities, while still feeling quiet and private. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the house had everything we needed for a family……
