“Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille ici! Malin est venu nous accueillir a notre arrivée et à notre départ. Quartier super tranquille mais à proximité de la promenade des anglais et du vieux nice Parking à quelques minutes de marche (grimaldi à 140 euro pour 7 jours) Appartement très propre avec lits comfortables. Il y avait un lit de bebe et una chaise haute!! Une salle de bain complète et une salle d'eau (très pratique pour 3 adultes) Il y a un lift pour se rendre au 6ieme et dernier……

“The apartment is located very centrally in Nice. We took the tram from the airport and it let us off 5 minutes from the apartment. “We really loved it. The view was so beautiful, we enjoyed our morning coffees out on the balcony facing the sea with warm and soft sunrays. The beds were comfortable and the apartment overall was super clean. The location was also really good, we could reach the city, the airport and the railwaystation in a couple of minutes with the tram. I would 100% choose this Apartment again.”

“This is the 1st time we booked a condo for our stay. Excellent choice! The apartment is just 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and train. We used the train to go to Monaco, Nice, Eze and a few more places. It was very easy once you understand how it works, i suggest to download the train app. Communication with the owner was excellent. “This was a nice apartment, very clean and functional. The beed was quite comfortable. I have two criticisms. First, it was inredibly noisy. The listing should indicate that the apartment is located on a very busy street, with lots of people out at night. Also the hosts, for that amount of money, should provide some coffee and milk for the guests. I had to run around looking for these things when i had just arrived and was exhausted.”
