“I booked a twin bed room and fully paid, however I got a tiny single bed room which is cheaper price. I traveled from a long way to the hotel, I was really tired and had to get ready for my next day business. “No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days.
