“The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of. However, when we called to see if there was availability for the tennis courts we were told to come to the activities desk but I wasn’t sure where that was located so I went to reception who then called another staff member and told me to wait 5 minutes and they should be out to help me. We waited in the lobby area……

“Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying the two nights. Do not stay here!”

“Parking was plenty. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are brand, close to everything. There is a huge convenience store downstairs. Overall pretty safe. ”

“The Resort is in a beautiful position with lovely views but it is a bit run down. Our room was ok . It was clean but there was no mattress protector on the bed ! We had housekeeping for 3 days but not the next 3 days lol The staff were friendly and helpful but sometimes didn't understand what we were asking. Included breakfast was ok but often ran out of fruit. Fiafia night was great. The Garden Villas were pretty run down. The Gardens were nicely kept though. The Resort is very close to the……
