"We had a family funeral to attend and family from out of town in Texas and Virginia needed a place where we could all stay together. This was awesome for what we needed with enough room and great outdoor space right on the water. They had everything we needed to cook, board games and paddle boats and a kayak to use. "We stayed for a week in mid August and the weather was not great. A big cold front came.through and it rained for 4.5 of the 7 days. But the house was so nice and comfortable we were able to stay indoors and keep our selves entertained by playing cards and games. We also played the video game in the garage (where i had hi score of our group). Thanks for the comfortable accommodations. "

"Here's the buts: coffee but no decaf or tea or sugar or creamer, beds but need box springs on some and pillows, shower but no shampoo, conditioner or soap, two stoves but no toaster, parking needs to be clarified (we were yelled at by neighbors), cookbook but no basic ingredients like spices, flour, baking powder, condiments, couldn't find enough trash bags for all bathrooms to replace at end of stay, furniture but not very comfortable, flatware but only one teaspoon, trash but no recycle bin....

"This was one of the most enjoyable rentals that I have stayed at. My family enjoyed the quiet farmhouse and lovely views. My grandkids loved staying on a farm, a blessing that our family members have experienced for generations, but now the family farms are gone. We were gathered in the area to enjoy family members from around the world and this was a great place for our subgroup. We were really able to enjoy our time together. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The property is all you that see and read about in the listing and then some. The home is very clean, well organized and very well supplied. The host is very friendly and readily available if there is a need. He has gone above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. The deck is large with a great view of the water. There is plenty of seating and tables if you want to eat on the deck. The dining room also has a huge table and the kitchen will let you prepare your favorite meals. The...

"Amanda and Brian are outstanding hosts. The home was clean and well prepared and their communication was excellent. Swimming in Lake Ontario was great and having the boat to travel throughout the bay was fun. We went to Captain Jack's and were able to bring our dog to Pier 53 for off island meals and activity. Anchored at the sand bar multiple times to swim. Great vacation!"
