Jerez de la Frontera Fair of Horses Hotels

"The hotel is good, clean with an immaculate bar and restaurant area. The issue at the moment is the complete reconstruction of the pool area. Noisy works all day. I'm also disappointed that the car park charges will only be discounted if you have booked through hip hotels site, which seems petty. The charge is also extortionate at 19 Euro per night."

"Room was great and fresh decor which was calming and relaxing - perfectly clean and individual air conditioning which is a real bonus. Would have been Great the have a safe in the room but no major issue. Location is fantastic Lustau Bodega (and others) is a 5 min walk away and the centre is less than 10 minutes from the hotel Car park is great all be a little tight for manoeuvring but secure and on sight is alls that needed. Breakfast had plenty of choice but no hot options that I was aware of but plenty to choose from a very pleasant. "

Thank you to Pablo and Nazaret for their recommendations of places to eat and drink and Nazareth's invaluable help to trace a medical equipment that my husband lost on one of our walks. I would definitely stay in this palacio when I return to Jerez! "

"The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well done and delicious. The hotel theme was Alice in wonderland and a little strange, but it was nice and the staff were friendly. "

"Lovely, central hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Had a small kitchenette so was nice for an evening tea. Excellent shower and nice beds. On a fairly busy street but good blackout shutters worked for the noise and light. Added surprise bonus of being able to do our laundry at no extra charge! Only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t open…my daughter had hoped for one more swim this trip. "

"Room was very well maintained by the staff and the staff at the check-in were very helpful. However, the aircon wasn’t working throughout the whole building and I was told this would likely be until end of May until it was fixed. Whilst this wasn’t the end of the world, it meant the room was prone to getting humid and stuffy. Consumables were basic, I was on the end of the hand soap bottle and only the bare essentials, no conditioner, were provided. Whilst the piano in the lobby was broken, the hotel was otherwise really well decorated, maintained and held a nice atmosphere inside. Parking is a struggle if you have a car!"
