“My experience did not end well. It has been almost three weeks since I checked out, and I still have not received my $500 security deposit. After several messages requesting an update, the owner called and said he intended to charge us for a gas leak that occurred during our stay, claiming we left the stove on. That is simply NOT possible. My aunt and husband spent the entire day inside the property and did not smell any gas. We only became aware of the issue after the upstairs tenants came……

“Our stay at this rental was very stressful. The bed sizes are not as advertised. One BR only has twin bed but says queen. The other queens are like full size. The suite downstairs bed is too soft. My husband had to sleep on sofa. The upstairs bath was full of tiny ants and a some in another bath. First night there one person took shower in bath upstairs and drain was clogged causing a leak. After being rude and asking questions about what we did to cause this, they did send someone out to check……

“The location is great, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. However, the hygiene of the house is very bad. The beddings and towers were not clean when we checked in.”

“Great basement to crash in, has everything you need, and very clean. Owners are real chill so just a down to earth spot.”
