“Loved the location and views. Owner Kirk was great with communications and answers to my questions. Place was very nice and most of what owner described was accurate. I loved having breakfast food available- nice extra touch. Only downside was a lot of flies who invaded the place- especially near the breakfast area. Also 2 noisy dogs- especially the smaller, noisier dog- and people (and dogs) walking the floors above at 4:45 am the night we arrived were a bit much to handle. Other than that it……

“We spent two nights at this quiet gem. The studio is larger than what the photos show. We loved the tranquil setting, Chessie’s trail and the extra touch of a bottle of wine and chocolates. If you’re in there to explore the Lexington area, this is the place to stay! Downtown and the Lime Kiln venue are minutes away.”

“The condo was small but perfect for what we were looking for. Working fireplace with lots of wood on the walkway. Pullout bed in the living room is in front of the fireplace, very cozy. Would rent again.”
