“From the moment we arrived at Bahama House, we were greeted with smiles from employees wanting to please their visitors. Check in was quick and simple. Information that visitors might need was posted and easy to read. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful, happy hour was complimentary and a lot of fun! The pool and hot tub were well kept, seating in the pool area was comfortable. We give the entire crew at Bahama House A ”

“Great location & ocean view. Property is dated but the cleanliness of the rooms & views made it a great experience. Maybe consider pool hours for adults since it is a FAMILY hotel. I wasn’t too pleased seeing a couple make out & feel on each other in the same pool a ton of kids was playing in. Other than that staff was friendly & location is very good! ”

“Still in the process of renovating…however, it was well maintained. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, considering our visit was in February and days were cool. All the staff we encountered were very nice, polite and helpful when necessary. Would consider staying here again when in the Daytona Beach area.”

“Only complaints, was when arriving, they had double booked the first room they gave us, someone was already in it, but staff handled quickly by changing our room. Second was power went off in room several times Saturday night, but maintenance always came quick. They thought it was because they were fully sold out and it was just over worked. Issues were quickly and politely taken care of professionally by staff.”

“Ideal location .. great staff .. underground parking ($20 per) .. clean .. some minor gripes (pool cold, beds not the most comfortable) .. overall: worth it.”

“The place had a great brand new pool. The management was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions instantly. The only downside was the air conditioner broke and a few other maintenance issues during our stay but the management had workers out the next day and the suites are getting renovated in the next couple of weeks. This is a great place that you can just walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with items so you can cook and have coffee. There are beach towels ready for use. ……

“Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves”

“In town for a friends wedding. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Very responsive. Only wish it had more basic essentials for our stay.”

“It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.”

“It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay.”

“Family gathering it was just what we needed”

“My husband and I had a WONDERFUL trip to New Smyrna Beach and stayed here for almost 2 full weeks. We could walk to Canal Street and access back to Flagler or the beach was easy using the Causeway. We brought our dog and using our truck as the "fourth fence" were able to enjoy evenings with him in the backyard. Owner was very responsive! This is definitely a "home" rental, not just a house!”

“Overall great stay. I would power wash the pool area. The spider webs hanging from the celling was really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if something was going to drop on me or in the water.”
