“We couldn't have asked for a better location for the NCAA Beach Championships. We were across the street from The Hangout, which is where the tournament was held. It is a studio and the bed was comfortable. It was not fancy but was nice and all we needed.”

“Perfect location in Fairhope! We were within walking distance of the Muncipal Pier, restaurants and ALL the shops. There was no need to use your vehicle again once you arrived unless you wanted to venture out to The Grand (which I highly recommend for spectacular sunset views and the ambiance)! The beignets at Panni Petes were amazing and breakfast at Julwins tastes as if it came straight from your grandmother’s kitchen. “The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping.”

“The listing says its is a 2nd floor property it is not the unit is on the bottom floor so this made check in very confusing as the code to get in the unit was the same as the 2nd floor unit. Also the floors are paper thin we could hear every move upstairs.”

“We had a few hiccups with cleanliness when we got there but Carrie made sure to send someone to clean while we were there. This place looks daunting bc of the stairs but they do have an elevator! The community was very quiet and steps away from the beach. Very affordable as well!”

“Loved everything about this location. The balcony was just enough for two people and very private. I would definitely recommend it for couples or individuals who need quiet time and privacy. Great local restaurants and all the amenities were wonderful. The only thing I would like to suggest for consideration is that the gym facility opens earlier for those of us who get up early (even on vacation LOL).”

“Perfect size for our family of three! Easy access to stairwell and only one flight of stairs and loop around the corner got us to the Sassy Bass, board walk and the pool. The amenities were also a plus! They had a laundromat on-site as well as a library with books and puzzles for rainy days. Highly recommend YOLO!”

“We loved the house and location; beautiful sunrises and sunsets always. Plenty of room for our guests! What we didn't expect though was the last week of 24/7 beach dredging and reshaping which closed the beach directly in front of us. Fortunately, it reopened on our last day so we could enjoy a final beach walk....my happy place. A few maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the very helpful staff. Would stay at Paradox again.”
