Family trip

Everything about the location was perfect! The house was great and is short walking distance to the beach and downtown. We enjoyed using the saltwater pool everyday! We would definitely stay here again!

Fairhope

This house was perfect for a getaway friends trip. Everything downtown was within walking distance of the front door. The house was just as expected upon arrival. The pool and the BBQ pit were a nice touch for hanging out with everyone during the day. We look forward to booking this property again next year.

Wonderful Location

7 70+ year old women gathered to celebrate a birthday. We really had a wonderful time and your 108 N Church was the perfect place. Plenty of room; comfortable beds; lovely bathrooms; amazing kitchen! The location is perfect for downtown Fairhope shopping and dining. We’ll be back!

We loved this house and location so much! We walked downtown often. We also loved the pool! It was shaded most of the day which was great bc it was very hot outside. We plan to book again!

Birthday Celebration

My family always takes a girls trip every year at the end of October for my mother’s birthday! This was the perfect place to celebrate this year. The cottage was so cute and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to town with all the shopping a girl could hope for! All the restaurants had great food! Fun was had by all!

The home was exactly as shown in the photographs. It was exceptionally clean. We were provided with quality bath products, liquid hand soap dispensers. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking needs. Quiet area easily accessible. In walking distance of all downtown Fairhope. We loved the coffee and coffee brewer. Pool area was clean and perfect for our family.

Great Location and Well Appointed

Adorable little cottage with on trend interior finishes. We didn't use the pool (forgot swimsuits), but it looked inviting- even in the December outside temperatures. Open floor plan living area and kitchen have everything you need, and plenty of seating options. The bathrooms are nicely appointed with two of the nicest showers I've seen in a VRBO to date. Plus, the bathrooms are nearly identical, so no guest feels like they drew the short straw. Water pressure was great, too. Bedding was clean and comfortable, and towels were abundant and good quality. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Only complaint: Street light is bright and is visible through one of the bedroom windows (window treatments don't succeed in fully blocking out the light). Light-sensitive sleepers might consider packing a sleep mask for their trip. Overall fantastic house, within easy walking distance to Downtown Fairhope, and responsive and communicative property managers.

Great for girls weekend

The property is great. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Walking distance to downtown Fairhope shops and restaurants and to the bay. We enjoyed using the pool and outdoor space as well. Highly recommend!
